Each of the campaigns you create in our system have campaign-specific URLs. If you will be driving people to your site through ads, you will likely want to add a tracking ID in order to make sure you know which ads are more effective.
Take the URL from the Manage Advocacy Campaigns page, for instance:
Advocacy>Campaigns>Click the three dots at the end of the campaign name to get a pop up with the direct link to the campaign
https://www.votervoice.net/VVWebinar/campaigns/131251/respond
Add a query to the end of the URL. Note that "XXXXX and ABCDE" can be anything you want.
?TrackingID=XXXXX
?TrackingID=ABCDE
The final product will look like this:
https://www.votervoice.net/VVWebinar/campaigns/131251/respond?TrackingID=XXXXXX
https://www.votervoice.net/VVWebinar/campaigns/131251/respond?TrackingID=ABCDE
Use this as the destination for the ad, and you will be able to find who came in through that particular ad in the Campaign Report.
Go to Reports>Campaigns>View Report>View Participants List>Filter>Enter in the tracking identifier you are searching for and click Enter. The list will sort in the background to that filtered request. This is only available for campaigns.
