After a supporter sends their message in a campaign, they will see a confirmation page with a thank you message from you, and they will also get a confirmation email. The text of the confirmation page and email are set on the Confirmation page of the campaign editor.
By default, VoterVoice includes some generic thank you language, but you can change that by clicking the "customize" link and entering new text. Consider taking the opportunity to link to further reading, affiliated sites, or even a donate page.
If you wish to change the default language so that it is the same for every new campaign, please email vvsupport@fiscalnote.com with the new language.
Below the thank you message, your supporters may also see some easy share icons that allow them to post a link to the campaign on their Facebook, Twitter, or LinkedIn pages. These are automatically enabled for only public campaigns, but you can click the option to disable them if you wish.
If you do have them enabled, the default language for the post is taken from the Alert headline. We have removed the option in campaign creation to customize the “share text” for alerts on Linkedin, Facebook, and Twitter. Those services no longer support the customization options.
