Downloading Key Contact Relationship Data

With Manage Relationships, you have the ability to designate which of your contacts have relationships with elected officials outside, or in addition to, their constituency. A user with a personal relationship to a state or local official is able to email that official regardless of constituency. Users may enter their relationships themselves through the Relationships link, or you may add or edit relationship information through People > Contacts > Relationships.

To download a .csv file containing all the relationship data entered either by administrators or by users, click the search icon to the right of the Manage Relationships heading. Next, click on “Advanced Search” under the dropdown menu, then click Generate Report. That will automatically begin the .csv file download.
