Downloading Contacts with Legislative Matches

You are able to request a spreadsheet of your contact data with every valid address matched to its districts and officials. Whenever you download a report of your contact data, you will see a pop-up that asks which fields to include in the report. Click the options to include the legislative districts and/or the elected officials. Click the Generate Report button to receive an email with a link to click for the matched information.

Please note that a valid address consists of the complete physical address of the constituent being matched. This includes the physical address, city, state, and zip code entered in your VoterVoice database.

If you need a file of addresses that are NOT in your VoterVoice database matched to the appropriate districts, please email that list to [e-mail]. We can match it on the back end for you.
