Rather than attaching a file, you can embed a text file or PDF directly into the body of your broadcast. This approach helps avoid spam filters and makes the linked content more visible than a traditional attachment. To embed a file, follow the steps below:
1. Add Your Link Text
Type the text you want to use as the link to your PDF or document directly into the text editor.
2. Highlight the Text and Insert a File
Highlight the text, then click the “Insert image or file” icon in the editor toolbar.
3. Open the File Library
A pop-up will appear showing files and images currently stored on your server.
Click “Files” on the left to view your uploaded documents.
4. Select or Upload Your File
If the file you want is already visible in the list, double-click it.
If it isn’t listed, click the Upload button in the top-left corner and follow the prompts to select the file from your computer.
Once uploaded, it will appear in your file library. Double-click it to insert.
Final Result
Your embedded file will display as a standard hyperlink within your message. When recipients click the link, the file will open in a new browser tab.
