The SMS Conversations page enables organizations to monitor and respond to text message interactions with supporters.

1. Unsubscribe Tracking: View individuals who opted-out by date, helping refine messaging strategies.
2. Inbound Message Management: Respond to direct replies from supporters via your organization's long code if needed (ex. member has a question) by clicking on a supporter's name and send personalized texts.
3. Action Tracking: Monitor advocate engagement through text-based calls-to-action, including messages sent within campaigns.
