Before you start actually using the VoterVoice system, we strongly recommend that you familiarize yourself with the software. There are a couple of options for how to do so:
- How-To Videos - The videos in this article walk you through the most common use-case scenarios for the VoterVoice software. The article also links you to all relevant Help Center articles.
- Standard-Level Webinars (3:00 Eastern / 2:00 Central on Tuesdays and 11:00 Eastern / 10:00 Central on Thursdays): These cover the most commonly used tools: creating advocacy campaigns, uploading your contact list, sending broadcasts to your contacts, and reviewing reports. You can register for a Tuesday session here or a Thursday session here. You can even view a recorded webinar at your convenience.
- Advanced-Level Webinars(3:00 Eastern / 2:00 Central on the first Tuesday of the month and 11:00 Eastern / 10:00 Central on the third Thursday of the month): These webinars cover only advanced-level tools: searching for bills, scoring officials on votes, and organizing a fly-in. You can register for the Tuesday session here or the Thursday session here. You can even view a recorded webinar at your convenience.
- Full System Demonstration: This video will show you all the major functions of the VoterVoice software in a high-level demonstration. For a general overview of your system's capabilities, have a look.
