Below is a walk-through of what sort of meeting information your fly-in attendees will see through the VoterVoice system. If you would like, you can share with them the video above as well, so they will see a live walk-through of that demonstration.
Once a contact has been assigned as an attendee in a meeting, they will be able to view that meeting in your VoterVoice Action Center when you send them a call to action email driving them to the Meetings Action Center.
When your supporters view their meetings, they initially see a schedule of all their meetings, with the next one on top.
When the user clicks on a particular meeting, they will see the details that you provided when you created the meeting.
VoterVoice automatically includes a link to the profile of the elected official tied to the meeting. The attendees can use this to brush up on personal details before the meeting.
After the meeting, the attendees can click to submit a report of how everything went.
