If you would like to add a VoterVoice Campaign to your Facebook page, you will want to create a new Facebook Tab and add your VoterVoice link as a Secure Page Tab URL. To obtain your VoterVoice URL for this purpose, please send the VoterVoice Support Team an email at firstname.lastname@example.org. We will send you the link; and after you set up the Facebook Tab using that link as the Secure Page Tab URL, you should receive a custom URL for your Facebook Tab. Email the VoterVoice Support Team that URL, and we will handle the final step of configuration on our end.
Once enabled in your Facebook Tab and VoterVoice account, each of your campaigns will have the option to Show or Hide on Facebook. To enable "Show on Facebook" for a campaign, follow these steps:
- Go to Manage Advocacy Campaigns
- Click on the name of your campaign
- In options, ensure the campaign is set to Public rather than Private
- In Options, locate the Facebook Application settings half way down the page
- Click "Show on Facebook"
Please keep in mind that Facebook has a rule that you must have over 2,000 Likes on your page to set up custom Facebook Tabs.
